No. There's no setup fee or down payment. We design your website first, and your Website Plan only starts once you approve it.

The Website Plan has a 12-month minimum. After that, it continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel during the first 12 months, the remaining months of the minimum are still due. Prefer a single payment? Pay $1,250 for the year and get two months free.

All payments go through Square. For the Website Plan and Care Plan, we email your first invoice once your design is approved. Save a card when you pay it, and Square charges that card automatically each month (or once a year with yearly billing), with a receipt emailed every time. One-time payments, like Own It websites, logos, and larger projects, are sent as a single invoice. You can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a bank transfer (ACH), which we recommend for larger invoices. We don't accept checks or money orders.

If an automatic payment doesn't go through, usually because a card expired, Square will email you, and we'll reach out with a secure link to update your card. Payments are expected within 7 days of the due date; after that, a $25 late fee applies. We pride ourselves on being flexible and understanding, so if you're going through a tough stretch, just let us know. If payments stay overdue for an extended period with no response to our outreach, we may take the website offline and end the plan, and any remaining months of the 12-month minimum will still be due.

The Website Plan is $125/month with nothing up front, and includes unlimited small updates done within 1–2 business days. Own It is $2,000 up front plus a $35/month Care Plan with up to 5 small updates a month. If you'd rather keep cash in your business and have us handle everything, choose the Website Plan. If you want to own your website from day one and rarely need changes, choose Own It.

Most of what a business needs day to day: changes to text, photos, hours, prices, staff, and services, new pages, and small new sections. Larger projects, like a redesign or rebrand, rewriting most of the site, new features such as online booking or a store, or a big batch of changes at once, are quoted separately so you always know the cost up front.

The price is the same whether your website has 1 page or 5. Need more than 5? Just ask. Most extra pages are no extra charge.

The Care Plan is $35/month and comes with every Own It website. It covers hosting, backups, and up to 5 small updates a month, done within 3–5 business days. Want unlimited updates with a faster turnaround? That's what the Website Plan is for.

Yes, two ways. Choose Own It and the website is yours from day one. Or, after the 12-month minimum on the Website Plan, buy your website outright for a one-time $1,000.

Yes and no. SEO consists of two parts: On-page and Off-page. On-page SEO includes elements on your site, such as content, load times, accessibility, and structure. Off-page SEO involves external factors like link building, guest posting, and citations. We include some on-page SEO in our packages, such as fast load times, minimal link building, accessibility features, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap generation, and content creation. However, SEO is an ongoing process that can go WAY beyond these basics. For professional, in-depth SEO services, we would have to discuss on a per-customer basis how to achieve this.

NO.... JUST KIDDING! You will always retain ownership of your domain. We don't take hostages! If you'd like to keep the website itself after the 12-month minimum, you can buy it outright for $1,000.

We start with 2–3 concepts based on your business and style. You pick a direction, then we refine it together with up to 3 rounds of revisions until you approve the final logo. You'll get color and one-color versions plus a site icon, and we'll add it to your website at no extra charge.
